Why Rental Property Investment In Cyberjaya Make Sense

Most people will ask why property rental investment in Cyberjaya. If you are wondering the same question, welcome to the club. Most people are searching for the perfect rental property investment. Unfortunately, you will never find perfection. Rental property investment is far from perfect. It has its imperfection and risks. But what I like is my ability to control the risk and cover the imperfection.

Since there are many investment instruments available for you to choose, there are a few things you have to consider before parting your hard earn money. In my personal view, a great investment has to fulfill these criteria:

  • Generate a return above the annual inflation
  • The investment will perform without me
  • Take minimum amount of my time
  • Ability to leverage my capital
  • I have full control
  • Do not create much stress for me

It is not a comprehensive list but it is a start. I have invested in the Bursa Malaysia. I have made and lost money. Stock market is a very fast paced game. The rule of the game is “Buy when everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying”. It is easier said than done because our emotion gets in the way.

The closest form of investment to the above list is rental property. The challenge is find the right location. As most property investment guru will say… Location! Location! Location! My location is Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You have to find your own ideal spot.
