Most people will ask why property rental investment in Cyberjaya. If you are wondering the same question, welcome to the club. Most people are searching for the perfect rental property investment. Unfortunately, you will never find perfection. Rental property investment is far from perfect. It has its imperfection and risks. But what I like is my ability to control the risk and cover the imperfection.

It is not a comprehensive list but it is a start. I have invested in the Bursa Malaysia. I have made and lost money. Stock market is a very fast paced game. The rule of the game is “Buy when everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying”. It is easier said than done because our emotion gets in the way.
